大家好，非常感谢第三届全球数字贸易博览会的邀请。我是北京大学信息技术高等研究院产业数字化赋能中心的葛强。

Hello everyone, I am very grateful for the invitation of The Third Global Digital Trade Expo in 2024. My name is Ge Qiang, I am working in the center of industry digital empowerment which is from the Advanced InstiAtute of Information Technology (AIIT), Peking University.

北大信息技术高等研究院作为北京大学与浙江省共建的民办非企业单位，作为萧山区引进的第一家新型研发机构。我们以建设具有国际影响力、引领国内信息经济发展的高端智库为目标，布局数字经济发展的重点方向，例如人工智能、智慧城市、数字贸易、智能制造等未来数字经济产业核心技术，集聚了全球顶尖人才500余人，其中硕士及以上学历占比85%。

AIIT is a private non-profit institute funded and jiontly built by Peking University and Zhejiang Province. As the first new R&D institution introduced in Xiaoshan District, our goal is to build a high-end think tank with international influence that leads the development of the domestic information economy,with a focus on such key areas,such as the artificial intelligence, smart cities, digital trade, intelligent manufacturing and other core technologies of the future digital economy industries. It has gathered more than 500 top talents from around the world (among them, 85% have a master's degree or above).

数字贸易作为全球经济的重要组成部分和关键驱动力，与智能科技产业发展紧密相关。我们研究院自主研发的产业数字化赋能平台在2022年有幸获评了首届数贸会先锋奖（DT奖）银奖。这个平台主要针对人工智能在数字贸易中的应用场景，用独有的数据智能溯源技术和数采技术，集成产业、供应、资金、创新链数据，贯通生产端和消费端。一方面为企业生产经营提供数字化赋能，另一方面为产业升级提供智能化手段，推动相关产业在质量、效率、动力等方面进一步变革，支撑科技创新“关键变量”转化为高质量发展的“最大增量”。

Digital trade is an important component and key driver of the global economy. It is closely related to the development of intelligent technology industry. The industry digital empowerment platform independently developed by AIIT won the Sliver Reward of the Global Digital Trade Expo Pioneer Award (DT Award) in 2022. This platform is mainly for the application scenarios of artificial intelligence in digital trade, integrate industry, supply, capital, and innovation chain data to connect the end of production and consumption with unique data intelligent traceability and acquisition technology skills. We provide digital empowerment for enterprise production and operation, and intelligent means for industrial upgrading to promote further changes about related industries in terms of quality, efficiency, and power. As a result, we support the transformation of the key variables in scientific and technological innovation into the maximum increment in high-quality development.

基于产业数字化赋能平台的技术底座，研究院自研团队在近年推出了一系列针对数字贸易相关的智能化产品。例如我们为某包装行业上市公司研发的“AI包装设计平台”，这个平台作为首个在包装设计产业落地的AIGC项目，针对农副产品行业共性的痛点，例如包装设计老套、包装交付效率低、缺乏个性化设计等等，平台通过打造包装垂直领域高质量数据集、“大模型+小模型”协同控制的AIGC包装设计模型两大技术创新优势，沉淀了一套“平面设计中心+包装产业工艺知识库+材质数字化中心”为一体的综合解决方案。截止目前，平台已经完成注册包装企业1200余家，登记设备超4000台，其中关键设备上线超800余台。

Based on the technical foundation of the industrial digital empowerment platform, our self-research team has launched a series of intelligent products related to digital trade in recent years. Such as the AI packaging design platform that we developed for a listed company in the certain packaging industry. As the first implemented AIGC project in the industry, this platform addresses the common pain points in agricultural industry, such as old-fashioned packaging design, low efficiency in packaging finish delivery, lack of personalized design, etc. The platform creates high-quality datasets in packaging vertical fields, and two technological innovation advantages of AIGC packaging design model with large model + small model collaborative control. It has completed a comprehensive solution of "graphic design center + packaging industry process knowledge base + material digital center". As of now, the platform has completed the registration of more than 1,200 packaging enterprises, with more than 4,000 registered equipment, among which more than 800 key equipment have been launched.
