大家好，我是北京沃达福信息技术研究院秘书长、领航者之家联合发起人钱语和。我们也是第二届和第三届全球数字贸易博览会数字经济国际合作对接会的承办单位。去年，在第二届数贸会上，我们邀请了不同国家的外交使节出席数字经济国际合作对接会，十多个国家的大使和总领事都录制了视频，发表了联合倡议，纷纷表示，希望能够推动更多的数字经济国际合作。这让我深刻体会到了这不是一方意愿，而是各国共同的愿望。

Hello everyone, I am Qian Yuhe, Secretary-General of the Beijing WDEF Information Technology Research Institute and co-founder of the Family of Pioneers. Our institute is also one the organizers of the Digital Economy International Cooperation Matchmaking Conference at the 2nd and 3rd Global Digital Trade Expo. Last year, during the second edition, we invited many diplomats from different countries to attend the Digital Economy International Cooperation Matchmaking Conference. Before the event, ambassadors and consuls-general from more than ten countries recorded videos and made joint statements, expressing their hopes to promote more international cooperation in the digital economy. This deeply impressed me, as it showed that this was not just one side’s wish, but a shared desire among all countries.

哪里有发声的口子，哪里有协同的空间，哪里有解决的方案，各国和企业都会汇聚而来，而数贸会就是那个“引力中心”。各位外交使节对于第二届数贸会有非常深入的参与感，通过数贸会，他们更加了解了杭州，了解了中国先进的数字化解决方案，各企业也通过数贸会这个平台与更多国家的商业伙伴开展交流合作。当时，我们也发动了几十名留学生以及志愿者，大家都非常感谢有这样的机会能够参与到活动的服务中，让他们获得了更广阔的全球视野。

Wherever there is a platform for voices, room for collaboration, or solutions to be found, countries and companies alike will gather. The Digital Trade Expo has become a magnet. Diplomats felt deeply engaged in the second GDTE as they gained a better understanding of Hangzhou and China’s advanced digital solutions through the expo. Likewise, companies used the expo as a platform to engage and cooperate with more countries. During the event, we also mobilized dozens of international students and volunteers to participate. They were grateful for the opportunity to serve and gain a broader global perspective.

第二届数贸会结束之后，大部分参与活动的国家和企业都与我们保持了联系和联动，后续也推动了相关国际合作。我们更加坚信，国际合作是一种必然选择！

After the expo, most of the participating countries and companies continued to maintain contact and cooperation with us, further advancing international collaborations. This reaffirmed our belief that international cooperation is not an option but a necessity!

对于即将召开的第三届数贸会，我们充满了期待，这为我们提供了一个交流、合作与学习的绝佳平台。

We are filled with great anticipation for the upcoming 3rd Global Digital Trade Expo. The event undoubtedly provides us with an excellent platform for exchanges, collaboration, and learning.

此外，我还特别期待第三届数贸会能够进一步加强国际合作，推动全球数字贸易的共同发展。在全球化的今天，各国之间的数字贸易合作显得尤为重要。我希望数贸会能够成为国际合作的一座“桥梁”，每个国家都能形成这座“桥梁”的“桥墩”，大家紧紧地凝聚和团结在一起，共同推动数字贸易的全球化进程，实现互利共赢。

Moreover, I hope that the 3rd Global Digital Trade Expo will further strengthen international cooperation and promote the development of global digital trade. In today’s globalized world, cooperation in digital trade among countries is more crucial than ever. I hope the expo will serve as a bridge for international cooperation and every country contributes to create pillars for the bridge. By working closely together, we can advance the globalization of digital trade and achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.
