“Modern Marco Poloes” Experience Hangzhou Traditional Customs during the Dragon Boat Festival
Modern Marco Poloes from France, Canada, South Korea and other countries gathered together at the Sinology Class of the West Lake State Guesthouse to experience the traditional customs of the Dragon Boat Festival, a traditional Chinese festival, while appreciating the beautiful landscape of the West Lake on the afternoon of 14th June.
Five foreign friends: Olivier Ruelle from France, Roze Merie Cuevas and Fodil Selmouni from Canada, Eve from Lithuania and Jones Talmadge from the United States have all forged and affinity with Hangzhou. They positively integrate themselves into Hangzhou, working and living here, and making many friends. Now let’s see their stories.
